The pediatric hospitalist group will provide clinical care in the level I newborn nursery, the inpatient pediatric unit, attending high-risk deliveries as requested by OB colleagues, and the Emergency Department. The clinical coverage will be 24/7 in-house coverage by a pediatric hospitalist and schedules will include a mix of daytime, weeknight and weekend shifts. The team has clinical support from pediatric subspecialties and an active pediatric and neonatal transport program.

This clinical position will provide excellent opportunities to be involved in quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with as well as participation in academic activities including Grand Rounds and conferences.
