Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in a psychiatric care setting. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a psychiatric facility.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Engage in patient and family education regarding care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) required within 30 days of employment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility is preferred.
