Job Requirements:

• Certification: Board Certified in Neurological Surgery
• Fellowship: Preferred but not required
• State License: Active Washington license or eligible for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) not required
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) not required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) not required
