We are immediately hiring an Operations Manager (Inbound/ receiving) in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This position is ideal for a data-driven professional skilled in Inventory and analytics who thrives on improving visibility, accuracy, and performance across the customers and inventory operations. Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI and advanced Excel is a plus.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience
• Schedule: Shift: 1st: Monday-Friday: 7:00am – 3:30 pm (weekends as needed)

The Operations Manager (Inbound/ receiving) will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

· Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees

· Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

· Health and Safety Management

· State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Qualifications

· H.S. diploma/GED required

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

· Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required

· One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required

· Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required

· Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required

Compensation Information :
