Board Certified/Eligible Radiologist in Mammography; permanent, full-time Monday–Friday coverage in Salinas, CA (near Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital); mixed screening/diagnostic work including bone density and Breast MRI. - Unrestricted California medical license - MQSA certification - Recent mammography experience - Clean background check - Comfortable performing biopsies, ultrasounds, and Breast MRI

Welcome to an exciting opportunity with Medstaff! We are currently seeking a Board Certified Radiologist with a specialization in Mammography or Board Eligible candidates ready to sit for the boards for a client in Salinas, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coverage from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday in a Mammography center near Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital
• Collaborate with another Radiologist in Mammography for screening and diagnostic procedures
• Perform some bone density and Breast MRIs
• Handle approximately 60 mammograms, 25 ultrasounds, and 4-6 biopsies per day
• Work alongside 7 mammography techs and 3 ultrasound techs

Qualifications:

• Must have an unrestricted CA license and MQSA certification
• Recent experience in Mammography is required
• Clean background check
• No capacity for I/R procedures
