Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in a high-volume outpatient setting preferred. Typical patient load expected is 18–20 patients per day with productivity targets of approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour.
- Comfort working in multidisciplinary clinics where physical therapy is the primary focus, and collaborating with aides and other disciplines (chiropractic, OT, acupuncture).
- New graduates and early-career therapists are eligible. A 13-week mentorship program is provided for clinicians with 1–2 years of experience or newer.
- Bilingual Korean-speaking clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply given the high Korean population in Fort Lee.

Typical Schedule & Clinic Details:
- Primary shift: Days. Typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexible shift options.
- Common schedules: M/W/F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; T/Th 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
- Rotating Saturdays approximately once per month at most clinics; some locations offer a 4x10 schedule.
- Average daily caseload 18–20 patients. Peak throughput can reach up to three patients per hour.
- Support staff typically includes full-time aides (generally two aides per three therapists at larger clinics).
- Opportunities for advancement. The organization has expanded rapidly and creates new Clinic Director and Regional Director roles annually.
