Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support General Managers and management teams across multiple venues
- Ensure operational excellence, brand consistency, and high service standards across all locations
- Oversee P&L performance, cost controls, budgeting, and financial accountability
- Implement systems, processes, and training programs that elevate execution
- Drive sales through strategic local store marketing, events, and community engagement
- Partner with ownership on menu rollouts, new initiatives, and long-term strategy
- Build strong, engaged teams through coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure continued improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven multi-unit experience as a Regional / Area Director
- Strong understanding of both BOH and FOH operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitability across multiple locations
- Skilled in marketing promotions, systems implementation, and operational consistency
- Financially savvy with strong analytical and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership presence
