Our job summary

This full-time position is for a board-certified or eligible vascular physician specializing in vein disease treatments such as radiofrequency ablation, laser ablation, and sclerotherapy. The role involves seeing approximately 25 patients daily in a supportive, all-digital clinic environment with no on-call or weekend duties, promoting excellent work-life balance. The practice operates multiple offices across six states, offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, with required Texas medical licensure and training provided in New York.

OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Vascular Medicine Clinic

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 4 or 5 Days per Week
- Monday to Friday
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No Evenings
- No On-Call

COMPENSATION:
- $500,000 to $750,000+ Annual Compensation
- $250,000 to $400,000 Base Salary, depending on experience

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened in 2015 and offers a full scope of vein disease services in a comfortable, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being physician owned-and-led, their offices offer providers the day-to-day autonomy of working in a private practice setting, while receiving the support of a larger regional organization. With a team of more than 40 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, they currently operate nearly 50 offices in 6 states. They are hiring due to expansion to new locations and growth in existing offices.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Physicians see an average of 25 patients per day with the support of on-site sonographers and clinical assistants, who also help with charting and documentation.

Specific duties of the role include:

- radiofrequency ablation
- laser ablation
- sclerotherapy
- VenaSeal
- ClariVein
- consultations
- follow-up visits

The practice sees patients for, among other conditions:

- restless leg syndrome
- venous insufficiency
- leg swelling / heaviness
- varicose veins
- spider veins

The practice uses NextTech and is an all-digital environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

There are no on-call, evening, holiday, or weekend duties, providing excellent work/life balance.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Texas medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field
- ability to complete training in Manhattan (all expenses paid + base salary)
