Supply Planning Specialist

Weekly pay + free training and tuition benefits. Supply Planning Specialist, full-time temporary assignment in McAllen, TX; $20/hr; shifts may include OT and weekends; logistics/forecasting role updating forecasts, generating shipments, monitoring POs and safety stock, supporting urgent shipments and new product launches. HSD; 1–3 years related supply chain/logistics experience; fluent English; able to work OT/weekends.

Manpower is currently hiring for a well-established logistics company. We are currently seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Supply Planning Specialist, you will be part of the Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Effective oral & written communication skills
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Able to read, write and speak English in an understandable manner which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

Update forecast data and sales orders in system 
Generate shipments in the system prior to deadlines
Communicate shipping plans and open order reports to customers Monitor/control PO issuance to ensure product(s) are purchased within lead time Monitor open orders from factories and ensure secure safety stock at warehouse Support urgent shipment requests from customers
Ensure smooth launching of new product(s)
Monitor/analyze customer forecast data and report any demand changes
Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers
Oversee reports and documentation related to forecasting, requesting assistance from Senior Supply Planning Specialists or manager as needed.

Available to work OT and weekends as needed
