Registered Nurse - High-Risk Pregnancy Travel Position

Job DescriptionThe registered nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing evaluation and treatment for high-risk pregnancies in a large hospital setting. Candidates must have prior travel experience in similar settings.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough and systematic assessments across all stages of growth and development.
- Deliver direct patient care while supporting patient care delivery and teamwork.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of nursing processes and patient progress.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Promote patient satisfaction through courteous communication and a focus on patient-centered care.
- Follow National Patient Safety Goals and utilize proper safety techniques.
- Individualize patient care according to procedures and anesthesia types.
- Participate actively in patient education, including pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
- Support timely patient testing and evaluate Pre Admission Testing (PAT) orders.
- Previous travel experience with high-risk pregnancies in large hospital settings.
- ACLS Certification - Required
- BLS Certification - Required
- Current RN License - Required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
