Job summary

The (NP/PA) is a key member of the Health Center's multi-disciplinary health care team. Primary, preventive, and episodic care is compassionately delivered to assess each patients unique health status and promote health and wellness. The clinical program is divided into units that foster a team approach to care. The (NP/PA) will assume an active role at the site becoming involved with quality improvement activities, meetings, and other team building efforts.
