Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department contract, requiring an active OK or compact license and recent ER experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital Emergency Department (ER) setting
- Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
- 13-week assignment
- Up to 5 days of requested time off permitted, but must be made up during the assignment
- Local candidates living within 50 miles are subject to local contract limitations and reduced travel pay rates
- Local staff may complete up to three consecutive 13-week local contracts, after which a 1-year separation or transfer is required
- Blocked scheduling may be permitted based on facility need
- Candidates must be prepared to manage a broad range of emergency care situations
Requirements
- Active OK or compact RN license required at time of consideration
- Minimum 1 year of recent ER nursing experience required
- No gaps in employment exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
- Certifications must be valid through at least the first 30 days of the assignment unless written renewal confirmation is provided
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs not accepted
