This position is for a Board Certified or Board Eligible psychiatrist to join an established outpatient and inpatient psychiatry team in the Tri-city area of Washington State. The role involves shared call coverage and treating adult inpatients, serving a community population of approximately 300,000. The compensation package includes a base salary with productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation bonuses, CME allowance, medical debt assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
