• Setting: Urgent Care + Occupational Health

• Coverage Need: Ongoing/as-needed

• Schedule: Minimum 36 hours/week (3x12s) with rotating weekends

• EMR: Anthem

• Procedures: Episodic care, minor injury treatment

• Patient Demographics: Pediatric to Geriatric

• Supervision: Physician available remotely by phone

• Board Certified NP (ANCC or AANP)Required
