Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuro Med/Surg night shift position requiring a VA or compact RN license and recent specialty-specific experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is on a Neuro Med/Surg/Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
- Patient population includes neuro and medical-surgical cases with telemetry monitoring
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
- Responsibilities focus on providing care to neuro and med/surg patients, including monitoring and intervention
- May require floating within the unit or similar specialties based on facility needs
- Orientation and team support provided on-site
- No Canadian SSNs accepted for this position
Requirements
- Active VA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent neuro or med/surg RN experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification must be valid throughout assignment
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
