Location: Presho, South Dakota
Start Date: As early as June 2 (for SD-licensed providers)
Schedule: 40 hours/week 6-month contract
Setting: Independent, solo-provider role (support staff onsite)
Patient Demographics: All ages Low volume 5-6 patients/day
EMR: Meditech
Experience Required: No new grads must be comfortable working solo
Licensure: SD license preferred Open to IMLC providers
