What You Can Expect:
As the RN Lead, this role provides clinical leadership and day-to-day operational support for the clinic team while fostering a positive, collaborative care environment. Responsibilities include:
Prepare for and lead monthly clinical staff meetings and support daily staff huddles in collaboration with leadership.
Promote team building and actively encourage a positive, supportive culture within the clinic.
Serve as a resource for staff by helping navigate team conflict and supporting professional communication.
Participate in daily rounding with clinic leadership, staff, and providers to ensure alignment and efficient workflows.
Assist with managing daily work assignments, including adjusting schedules to accommodate call-outs and changing clinic needs.
Support the rollout of staff education, new procedures, and updated processes to ensure consistent practice.
Attend provider meetings and partner with providers to support clinic operations and patient care goals.
Provide support with higher-acuity patient care as needed.
Perform clinical triage for patients presenting with urgent or emergent symptoms.
Collaborate with other clinic RNs to ensure consistency in workflows, expectations, and team communication.
Schedule: Flexible with 4-9 hour shifts or 4-8 hour shift, and a 4 hour shift. 7:45a shift start time.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 3 years' experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
