Position Highlights
- Full-time, permanent W2 position
- Monday Friday schedule 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Average of 20 patients per day
- Collaborative setting with a physician always onsite
- Highly competitive compensation package with a strong base salary plus incentive pay

Qualifications
- Must be a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Must hold an active license in the state of Oklahoma
- Previous Primary Care experience is strongly preferred (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or similar)
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
