Hospital-employed Ophthalmologist role, full-time, light call/no weekends, located in a historic Virginia city near Richmond/VA Beach/DC; modern facility, dedicated weekly OR time, collegial 3-physician team. - Active Ophthalmology license or eligibility - Fellowship or board certification in Ophthalmology - Experience with surgical ophthalmology (OR experience required) - Ability to work full-time in hospital-employed setting - Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Collegial, hospital-employed team of 3 Ophthalmologists
• Very light call, no weekends
• Base salary of 400K- well above MGMA average! Demonstrated earnings of 600K+
