- Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8 AM 5 PM; Friday, 8 AM Noon
- Average patients per day
- Light inpatient rounding and call coverage (1:5 or better; low call-back frequency)
- Seasonal volume shifts (higher in winter, lighter in summer)
- Pediatric support for deliveries & nursery (
