- Shift Schedule: Varied 24-hour (7a–7a) and 12-hour (7a–7p, 7p–7a) rotating shifts
- Openings: 3 positions
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology (Board Certified only; Board Eligible not accepted)
- Active Texas medical license required (IMLC not accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of post-residency clinical OB/GYN experience
- Recent OB/GYN clinical experience within the past 12 months
- Clean background and malpractice history
- Completion of prescreen questionnaire
- CV in MM/YYYY format with explanations for any gaps
- Self-query NPDB pulled within 30 days of submission
Key Responsibilities
- Provide OB triage, admissions, and inpatient obstetric care as an OB/GYN hospitalist
- Attend deliveries and provide labor & delivery management, including emergency response
- Assist with Cesarean sections and serve as surgical assist when required
- Cover the OB floor, see unassigned patients, and provide private call coverage
- Respond to ER consults for GYN emergencies and support multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure high-quality patient care and documentation in accordance with hospital policies
