Partner, Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Litigation Requirements & Qualifications


  • Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in one or more U.S. jurisdictions.
  • 12+ years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to class action and privacy/data breach matters.
  • Demonstrated expertise in federal and state privacy statutes (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, BIPA, VPPA).
  • Proven record in complex litigation leadership and client management.
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
  • California bar admission required; admission in additional states is a plus.


Partner, Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Litigation Preferred Background & Skills


  • Experience advising on breach response, regulatory investigations, and compliance strategies.
  • Strong history of mentoring litigation teams and supporting practice development.


Partner, Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Litigation Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Serve as lead counsel in class actions, privacy, and technology-related litigation from strategy to resolution.
  • Advise major corporate clients on privacy litigation trends, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Mentor and manage associates and litigation support staff.
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships; contribute actively to business development initiatives.
  • Navigate and interpret emerging privacy laws and frameworks for a diverse client base.
