A rural Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, education, and referrals. The physician will oversee the quality of care delivered by themselves and any supervised mid-level providers. The role also involves participation in quality improvement initiatives under the direction of the medical director.
