A healthcare center located in Brooklyn is actively seeking a self-motivated and compassionateEndocrinologist to join their growing staff. In this role, theEndocrinologist will providehealthcare to patients, including diagnosis of endocrine conditions such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, and metabolic disorders.

Responsibilities

TheEndocrinologist:

• Obtains medical histories, performs physical examinations, and makes diagnosisand orders appropriate
• Evaluates procedure results
• Provides preventative and acute care
• Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patients' plan of care
• Provides patient education about underlying medical condition, self-management of acute or chronic illnesses, and tailors instructions to patients' individual circumstances

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
• Board eligible / certified
• Ambulatory health experience
