A Gynecology-Oncology Physician providing specialized cancer care for female reproductive health in a multidisciplinary medical group in Colorado Springs. The role includes collaboration with nurse navigators, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and support services, with shared call responsibilities and opportunities to participate in clinical research. Candidates must be board certified or eligible, fellowship-trained in gynecological oncology, licensed in Colorado, and interested in permanent placement with extensive benefits and support.
Looking for a Perm Gynecology/Oncology Physician to join a team in Colorado Springs, CO!
- Receive support from a GynOnc dedicated Nurse Navigator, GYN-specialized Radiation Oncologist, and GYN-specialized Pathologists.
- Practice within the physician-led medical group with over 650 physicians and over 500 APPs. This group has 1 APP (NP), nurses, Mas Contract Physician assisting right now.
- Receive midlevel provider support in addition to full-spectrum ancillary support such as pelvic physical therapy, cancer nutrition, and counseling.
- Take part in research trials as well as the opportunity to offer them to patients.

- Call is shared 1:2. Do not get called in often as Hospitalists admit patients (only called for specific consults). Weekends only while on call.
- GynOnc and RadOnc both on site
- EMR: EPIC
- Must be interested in Permanent placement (not accepting Locums)
- Open to fellows who will be graduating in 2024
- Cannot accept visa candidates
- Credentialing timeline: approximately 90 days

- Paid malpractice
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in OB/GYN and Gynecological Oncology - REQUIRED
- Active CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Fellowship-trained in Gynecological Oncology (to be completed prior to start) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
