Pediatric Echo Tech – Travel Assignment

Location: Charleston, SC (floating between SJCH & SMP – North Charleston Clinic)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Staggered start times between 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
No weekends, no holidays, no call

Position Details

Daily Caseload: 4–10 studies per tech
Floating Required: Yes (SJCH & SMP)

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years Pediatric Echo experience
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Certifications (must be in hand by start date):
- ARDMS – Registered Pediatric Sonographer (PE) OR
- CCI – Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS)
Skills:
- Proficient in pediatric echocardiograms
- Extensive experience with complex congenital heart defects
- Ability to independently enter full reports into PACS
- Experience with Client Vivid E95 preferred
BLS: Required
MD reference: Highly recommended
State License: Pending license accepted
