Travel Nurse Job Details- Location: Burlington, Massachusetts 01805 (Greater Boston area)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/12/2026 – End: 4/11/2026)
- Healthcare Setting: ICU Float Pool (ICU & PCU)
- Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 36 hours/week, every other weekend required
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Employment Type: Travel Contract (On-Site)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- EPIC EMR experience required
- 2-5 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; Trauma Level II considered
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Must pass Telemetry test on first day (pass/fail)
- Must not have worked at BILH facilities in the past 6 months
- Facility is not accepting local candidates
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in ICU and PCU units
- Float between ICU and PCU as needed to provide clinical support
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to nursing protocols
- Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR system
- Participate in unit meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing nursing education
