A well-established health system on Californias Central Coast is seeking an experienced Hematology & Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, patient-centered cancer care program serving a diverse community.

Located adjacent to a major medical center and outpatient infusion center, this role offers an exceptional balance of clinical variety, team support, and lifestyle.

What youll do

• Provide comprehensive Hematology & Oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, and infusion settings
• Manage follow-up visits, treatment monitoring, and care coordination
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing, and infusion staff
• Support high-quality, patient-centered oncology care in a multidisciplinary environment

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years experience required in specialty care
• No new graduates
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing oncology patients
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality cancer care
