WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nocturnist to join a prestigious academic hospital in New York, supporting high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.
Job Description:
Compensation : $255000 - $300000 Job ID : 42168
Job Function:
Provide nocturnist coverage in a closed ICU setting with no codes or procedures required.
Perform either admissions or rounding per shift, rotating responsibilities with another nocturnist.
Manage a typical patient census of 15-18, capped at 20 per provider.
Collaborate with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents on inpatient rotations, with resident support provided.
Work a 7:00 PM-7:00 AM schedule following a rotating pattern of 3 days on / 4 days off, then 4 days on / 3 days off to support work-life balance and prevent burnout.
Job Requirements:
- Must be BC in IM or FM or new grad BE.
- Will consider a new grad or experienced provider.
- If new grad must start within 6-7 months of applying.
