This position is for a board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterology physician providing inpatient care, including emergent consults, endoscopies, and various GI procedures at a hospital setting. The role requires active Massachusetts licensure and BLS certification, with no outpatient responsibilities guaranteed at the outset. The physician will work a call schedule approximately 1:4, managing 4-12 hospital-based patients daily and performing specialized diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures.
