Position Overview
Specialty: Operating Room (OR) RN
Care Setting: Acute Care / Level I Trauma Center
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Level I Trauma experience required
Case Types: Trauma, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro
Charting System: Epic
Preferred Systems Experience: SurgiCount, TECSYS
Previous travel experience preferred
Required Clinical Experience
General Surgery
Robotics: DaVinci and Mako (Ortho)
Urology
ENT
Neuro (including cervical fusion and lumbar laminectomy)
Plastics (including abdominoplasty and breast augmentation)
GYN
Orthopedics, including:
Total knee replacements
Total hip replacements (anterior and posterior approach)
Schedule & Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Length: 10 hours
Primary Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening Coverage: Approximately 30% of shifts may be 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM based on department needs
Occasional weekend work required
