Shift: Days / 7:30a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, No weekends.
Length: 16 weeks
Requirements:
- VT license
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical/specialty experience
- Epic experience in the past 24 months
- BLS
Other Details:
- Prior travel not required
- Will be performing home/childcare visits
- Our team support a wide variety of needs, including but not limited to children with ASD, Down Syndrome, unknown etiology developmental delays, torticollis, plagiocephaly, CP, HIE and subsequent neuro, microcephaly, hydrocephaly, orthopedic (acute with impact on home mobility), club foot, prematurity, brachial plexus birth injury
