Schedule

• Friday to Sunday with some Monday mornings
• In-house call with 15-minute response time
• Optional weekday clinic for PTO support

Cases and Procedures

• General inpatient Pediatric Urology
• Clinic volume: 18-22 patients/day
• Case log required for credentialing

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
• Active Illinois license
• ACLS and BLS required

Travel Accommodations

• Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
• Peoria is accessible via regional airports
