Position Type: Full-Time Permanent CRNA Anesthesia

Overview

Exciting opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative anesthesia care team. This role covers a wide range of anesthesia services including general, pediatric, obstetrical, and thoracic cases, with opportunities to work across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Practice Highlights

• Provide anesthesia services across Adult & Pediatric patients

• 24/7 coverage including scheduled and on-call services

• General surgical, pediatric, thoracic, obstetrical anesthesia, IV sedation, regional anesthesia, and blocks

• Pre-anesthesia evaluations and post-surgical monitoring

• Respond promptly to emergency codes requiring anesthesia support

• Work collaboratively with OR leadership, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff

• EMR: Cerner

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) REQUIRED

• IA license (or IMLC) REQUIRED

• Experience with Adult & Pediatric anesthesia REQUIRED

• BLS (within 3 months of hire) REQUIRED

• ACLS, PALS, NRP (within 1 year of hire) REQUIRED

• 5+ years CRNA experience preferred (new grads with strong training considered)

• Clean malpractice preferred

• Open to H-1B visa candidates (J-1 waivers not accepted)

• Not accepting locums candidates

Schedule & Coverage

• Full-time with a mix of scheduled and on-call coverage

• Coverage required 24 hours/day, 365 days/year

• Pre- and post-anesthesia care included

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $225k $260k (experience/location dependent, finalized at interview)

• $60k Sign-on Bonus
