This facility is seeking aPhysical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule:Twice a month to start and then increase as weekly patient volume increases. 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch.
- Practice Setting:Outpatient Clinic
- Scope:Injections for Ortho Sport Injuries
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2 Weeks
- State Licensure:North Carolina
- Requirements:Board Certified, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and use of Eclinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
