Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park.
- Design a personalized schedule tailored to your needs (part-time, full-time, or week on/week off).
- Select your own patient mix and age group.
- Collaborate with a full complement of medical and surgical specialties.
- Engage in weekly on-site CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs.
- Work alongside a strong care team model for excellent support.
- Enjoy full practice autonomy and influence practice direction.
- Utilize Cerner EMR, integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Consider teaching opportunities for medical students and APP trainees.
- Leverage resources like Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert.
- Benefit from 24/7 in-house hospitalist support for inpatient needs.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology (within the last five years of eligibility).
- Unrestricted medical license in Ohio or willing to obtain one.
- DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start).
- Clean malpractice and license record.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Ohio medical license.
- Board Certification by the appropriate specialty board (Rheumatology).
- DEA must be obtained prior to starting.
