Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant I, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Utilize working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to prepare and manage documentation.
  • Enter time data accurately into the Work Brain time tracking system.
  • Track absenteeism for all crafts and coordinate mechanical and electrical overtime scheduling daily and weekly.
  • Create, maintain, and post overtime reports and schedule postings for all crafts.
  • Prepare weekly crew payroll schedules on Thursdays and facilitate department-level daily management meetings.

  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
  • Willingness to support safety documentation and maintain files.
