Position Details:
Patient Population: Adolescent, Adult
Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call; Trauma Level III
Responsibilities: Emergent GYN care; OB deliveries including C-sections
Required Procedures: GYN emergencies; Obstetrics including C-section
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: RN; In-house anesthesia available
Days Per Month: 9 10 shifts needed per month (site will not schedule more than 2 3 day stints; no more than 4 consecutive days)
On-Call/Weekends: Yes 24-hour call; weekends required

Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified OB/GYN Required
- Active CO license or Active IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) Required
- OB/GYN Residency Required
- Candidate must be available for the dates detailed in the job description Required
- Must state number of shifts per month the provider can offer Required
- Must be willing and able to work 24-hour shifts Required
- Active DEA Highly Preferred (required for credentialing)
- Clean malpractice/background (up to $100k in malpractice settlements acceptable with clean background) Required
- Must acknowledge and complete required EMR training in the specified order Required
- Must acknowledge preferred lodging requirements and travel policy Required
- Local/drive-in candidates only Highly Preferred

- Number of deliveries per month: 30
- Admissions: 1 per day; Unit size: 8 beds
- Covers OB/GYN services and backup for family practice (no midwives)
