Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial environments
- Troubleshoot issues with hydronic systems, ductless mini splits, VRF, rooftop units, and traditional split systems
- Communicate clearly with clients about findings, recommendations, and service options
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions
- Ensure timely and professional service in compliance with company standards and local codes
- Utilize low-voltage wiring knowledge for system diagnostics and control integration
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective problem-solving and efficient service delivery
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures and wear provided safety equipment
- Represent the company with professionalism and pride
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Proficient with low-voltage systems and controls
- Skilled in servicing hydronics, VRF, mini-splits, split systems, and rooftop units
- Leadership and customer service experience a strong plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Presentable, team-oriented, and goal-driven
- Valid driver's license required
- Licenses or certifications in plumbing or refrigeration are encouraged but not required
