- Shift Coverage: December 3rd - 8th (8am - 8pm shifts)
- Holiday Coverage: Opportunities for coverage on major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July
Practice Setting:
- Patients per Shift: Average of 36 patients per day
- Department Beds: 11
- Admissions per Day: Average of 3
- Support Staff: 2-3 Emergency Department Registered Nurses
- Supervision: No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required
- Charting System: Meditech EMR for seamless workflow
- Temporary Privileges: Available for qualified candidates
Position Requirements:
- Board Certification: Emergency Medicine (required)
- Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a Michigan medical license
- Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and other advanced certifications are not required
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days, with expedited options based on provider's submission speed

- Facility Amenities: Emergency services support includes 24-hour access to laboratory, radiology, and general surgery services. Cardio-thoracic, neuro, and orthopedic surgery services are not available.
