Enterprise Medical is assisting in recruiting a Gastroenterologist for a hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group in Lompoc, California. About the Opportunity: Join a hospital-based multi-specialty group with 41 physicians and 15 APPs 10 days of call per month - light volume Dedicated GI suite and endoscopy facility Equipped for ERCP (EUS not available) Currently performing over 200 procedures per month on dedicated two- and one-half procedure days Monday-Friday schedule with one afternoon typically used for admin The hospital is highly experienced with setting up physicians on S-Corp models Credentialing: 60-90 days (CA license is the biggest delay) Supportive environment with GI techs and a trained MA assigned to each provider Compensation Package: Greater of base salary of $562K OR productivity ($75 per wRVU ) $25K sign-on bonus and relocation allowance provided Paid malpractice and health insurance for individuals and families 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement 30 days of compensated time off annually $5,000 CME stipend Community: Lompoc, California, is a charming city of over 60,000 residents located just 55 miles from Santa Barbara.
