Job Responsibilities and Requirements
TheFamily Practice Physicianwill be responsible for planning and implementing primary care services to patients per health care plan and written protocols. TheFamily Practice Physicianprovides primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team.
Additional responsibilities and requirements for theFamily Practice Physicianinclude:
- Monday Friday (40 hours a week)
- 18-22 patient
- call by phone 1:6
- Full support staff
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice required
- Documentation of completion of education as Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- ?If medical education was obtained outside of the U.S., documentation from the ECFMG is required.
- Current & unrestricted Florida medical license required
- Current & clear DEA registration
- Current BLS/CPR certification
