Position Summary: We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice located in Salisbury, NC. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, care continuity, and long-term patient relationships.
Deliver comprehensive primary care services to an adult and/or family population
Manage acute and chronic conditions through a coordinated care model
Emphasize preventive care, routine screenings, and health education
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including nursing and administrative support
Maintain accurate, timely documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Participate in clinical quality initiatives and adhere to practice and regulatory guidelines
Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to team-based care
Prior outpatient experience preferred
