Position Highlights:

• Role: Mobile Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Location: Central & West Las Vegas (facilities and in-home visits)
• Start Date: ASAP- 6 months (LOA coverage, potential to extend)
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM (No call)
• Patient Volume: 3 4 sites/day
• EMR: Athena

Requirements:

• Active NV license, Board Certified, DEA, and BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience in primary care, geriatrics, or in-home care
• Familiarity with HEDIS and Value-Based Care (VBC) models

Compensation & Logistics:

• Rates: Discuss by Phone
• Billing Type: W2
• 100% Malpractice Paid
