- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with flexible daytime schedule.
- Day call on days covering, every weekend day call (7:00 am to 7:00 pm), telephone only.
- Providing primary care rounding in two Skilled Nursing facilities.
- Medical Directorship at both facilities.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Yes
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year primary care experience required. Post-acute care experience is a plus.
- Accepts New Grads: No
- Accepts Visa Candidates: No
Additional Information:
- Patient Load: 15-20 patients per day.
- On-Call Duties: Telephone call only, every weekend day.
- Skilled Nursing Facility Rounding: Provide primary care rounding in two Skilled Nursing facilities.
- Medical Directorship: Serve as Medical Director at both Skilled Nursing facilities.
