Opportunity:

Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour night shifts
• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• 72 hours of orientation required
• Weekend coverage required
• May float within scope if needed
• Care for patients aged adolescents through geriatrics
• Daily census of 4-6 patients in a 10-bed ICU unit
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
• 3 years of experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• EPIC charting experience required
• VA or compact state license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Must follow natural nail policy
• Complete mandatory modules during orientation week (average 6 hours)
• Skills include arterial line management, ventilator management, central line care, blood product administration, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, CVVHD/CRRT, and care of ventilated patients
• Two references required for submission
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
