Local Rate: $51/hr (must live 60+ miles to qualify as traveler) Position: RN – Labor & Delivery (LDRP) Openings: 1 Shift: Per unit needs Guaranteed Hours: 36/week Weekends: Every other / as needed Call: As needed Experience Required: 1+ year LDRP/PP Floating: As needed Certifications Required (must be submitted upfront): ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN, HWC (Certs not available onsite; additional certs may be required per LPNT checklist) Unit Details Beds: 4 L&D rooms, 4 Postpartum rooms Ratios: LDRP: 2:1 or 1:1 Postpartum: 3 couplets : 1 RN Charting: OBIX, Medhost, GUI Patient Population: Childbearing women & newborns Supervisor: Debra Temple, CNO Skills & Fit Must Have: Prior LDRP/Postpartum experience Focus: Patient-centered care, teamwork, willingness to learn Compliance – New Mexico Requirement Fingerprinting required for all clinical staff 14-day supervised waiver allowed while results are pending Agency must have NM DOH account ORI Code: NM920160z Contact: Melissa Martinez, NM DOH – 505-231-6091 Dress Code: Professional scrubs (no casual wear)
