Shift: 4 Days Schedule
Sign-on & Relocation: Up to $30k
Job Summary: The practitioner assesses the physical and psychosocial status of patients; interprets data and develops, implements and documents therapeutic plans; provides education to patients, their families and others.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides Primary healthcare to the full spectrum of patients of different ages.
- Assesses the physical and psychosocial status of patients.
- Plans, provides and documents patient care plans.
Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant
- Active NP license in the State of California
- Active board certification as an NP in Family
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant applicants must have:
- Active DEA license unrestricted or ability to apply for such license before or upon hire
- CPR certification and others as required and relevant to the practice area
- Must possess socioeconomic and cultural sensitivity.
