Outpatient PT;
Shift Monday-Friday 8:30a-4:45p.
2 years of PT experience required.
OUTPATIENT Experience required.
Active FL license required and must be on profile. BLS required.
Large adult outpatient clinic - 74% Medicare population.
Patient diagnosis: balance/vestibular, neuro, Parkinson's, neck/back, shoulders and knees. Very busy Adult OP clinic, need a candidate who is well diverse in skill set, Strong teamwork and positive attitude. Epic is used.
Prior travel highly preferred.
