DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our team in providing comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to patients in various locations in the state of Pennsylvania.
Job Description:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures, including sinus surgery, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and head and neck cancer surgeries.
- Manage conditions such as hearing loss, balance disorders, allergies, sinus infections, voice disorders, and swallowing difficulties.
- Conduct diagnostic tests, such as audiograms, endoscopies, and imaging studies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in otolaryngology through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Valid medical license in Pennsylvania State
- Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat conditions
- Proficiency in performing ENT surgical procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
